Leaders at ArtsEd Washington regularly speak with decision makers at all levels: schools, districts, and state! We also conduct advocacy trainings equipping participants to advocate with their local leaders and legislators. Additionally, we provide free and accessible advocacy tools on our website and social media pages.

Much of our work is done behind the scenes with educators and partner organizations to ensure maximum representation in our schools, communities, and art forms. We also offer arts-focused professional development and free arts resources to support equitable and ongoing arts programming in our schools.

Collaboration and celebration of successes are important parts of our advocacy. You are invited to join us in one or more ways: Volunteer as a Board Member or Community Ambassador, contribute financially to our sustainability, interact with us on social media, and/or tell us about the successes happening in your local schools!
