Bring ArtsEd Washington Programs to Your School

While it may seem early to discuss the 2013-2014 school year, the time to start planning your arts programs is now!

Enrollment for our nationally recognized Principals Arts Leadership (PAL) Program will be open soon. Stay tuned for details! In the meantime, we encourage you to introduce your principal to this strategic arts planning and implementation program and the network of principals committed to outstanding arts education.

Learn more about adopting Art Lessons in the Classroom (ALIC), the K-6 visual art curriculum curriculum. ALIC is aligned with state arts standards, and  integrates concepts in literacy, and math. Host us at your school, for a curriculum preview, a full lesson demonstration, and information about getting the curriculum into your school.

Visit our For Educators page to learn more about our programs, opportunities, and resources.  Questions?  Contact Bruce at or 206.441.4501.

“The Kennedy Center supports this work because it engages the primary school leader and decision maker in planning arts programs… The [PAL] program design includes networking opportunities for principals so they can share best practices across school sites. Few initiatives provide such a high level of sustained support for principals.”
